This past week, the Teachers, Aides and Administration began Team Building in anticipation of the opening of Wisdom Academy on August 11. Throughout the week, the team participated in workshops geared towards developing curriculum, student engagement strategies and ways to encourage our students to develop into life-long learners while focusing them on our Wisdom Academy Pathways and Core Values.
Necessary training was completed and the team learned much about each other through icebreakers and other interactive sessions. The Wisdom Academy Team is excited to continue their training next week as they welcome presenters from Success for All, a nationally recognized literacy program.
